1. Program Description
Bham Tree Pros (operated by Burdoz LLC) sends SMS text messages to customers who request a tree service quote through our website form at https://bhamtreepros.com/contact/ and check the SMS consent box. Messages relate to your service request only: appointment scheduling, estimate follow-ups, crew arrival updates, and customer care.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your request — typically 1 to 5 messages per service request. This is a conversational, customer-initiated program; we do not send promotional or marketing blasts.
3. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Bham Tree Pros does not charge for text messages.
4. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also request removal by emailing bhamtreepros@gmail.com.
