We may also collect standard website analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through tools such as Google Analytics.
How We Use It
We use your information for one purpose: to connect you with a local tree service crew so they can contact you about your request. Your contact details are shared with the crew assigned to your request so they can perform the service you asked for. We may also contact you to confirm the crew reached you.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Bham Tree Pros related to your service request — appointment scheduling, estimate follow-ups, and customer care messages. Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties. Information sharing with the service crew assigned to your request is limited to fulfilling the service you requested.
Data Retention and Your Choices
We retain request records for business and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your information by emailing bhamtreepros@gmail.com.
